An in-reach & re-entry approach rooted in healing, building strength in relationships & creating access to opportunities and experimental leadership.
In partnership with
North-West Credible Messenger and GBHU, Pro Se Potential has started a Supportive Re-entry program to assist young adults in transition with finding stability and purpose. By supporting and guiding young individuals who were written off by society for one reason or the other, we hope to inspire change and rebuild broken foundations.

Pro Se Potential has been working tirelessly to ensure that youth of color in low-income communities receive equitable access to resources and peer mentorship for a safe and effective transition to adulthood.
The services we offer are all geared towards empowering our young people with stability and the agency to discover their true purpose in life. By empowering and guiding young individuals who may have been written off by society for one reason or the other, we hope to inspire change and rebuild broken foundations.
HEALING CENTERED ENGAGEMENT
A trauma informed afro-centric approach to guiding our young people down a healing journey that entails Culture, Agency, Relationships, Meaning, and Aspirations. Key outcomes are Positive youth development, Cultural identity, and increased Social/Emotional intelligence.
In an attempt to close the gap on economic disparities and employment inequality, we have created a workforce development program for youth and young adults. Key outcomes are Resume/Cover letter creation, Professional development, and potential Gainful employment upon completion.
With many of our young people of Color falling into increased numbers of recidivism, we have partnered with NWCM and GBHU to create program for those impacted by the Justice system. They have support in obtaining I.D.s, Work clothes, Driver’s licenses etc. They participate in groups weekly and check in with their resource navigator to ensure their release plan is coming together.
